Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a booking up to 1 Week before the scheduled event.
- Cancellations made after this period will be considered non-refundable, and full charges will apply.
- Photographers may only cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances (such as emergencies). In such cases, clients will receive assistance in booking an alternate photographer.
No Refund Policy
- In cases where a photographer cannot fulfill a confirmed booking, our team will assist in arranging a replacement at no extra cost.
- Clients must carefully review photographer profiles, portfolios, and service terms before booking, as refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with services.
- In exceptional cases if refund is approved the amount will be credited to your bank account within 10 to 12 working days
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request rescheduling up to 1 Week before the scheduled event, subject to photographer availability.
Exceptional Cases
While refunds are not provided, we will review cases where cancellations occur due to unforeseen events (such as natural disasters or photographer emergencies). Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with a focus on providing the best possible alternatives for clients.
